Can I install my own operating system?
Yes, you can choose from a range of Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, etc.) and reinstall directly from the control panel. You can also upload your own ISO images.
What is DDoS protection?
Our DDoS protection filters malicious traffic in the network before it reaches your server. It protects against volumetric attacks and ensures your server remains accessible even during attacks.
Can I upgrade my VPS?

What is Proxmox KVM?

Can I choose my CPU platform?
It depends on the plan. StarterVPS runs on Intel. From BasisVPS and up, you can choose between AMD EPYC and Intel® Xeon™ Gold processors at checkout - both at exactly the same price.
Does the price increase after an introductory period?
No. BasisVPS does not have a temporary introductory price. The normal price is kr. 49.95 per month. Any future general price changes are announced in accordance with GITC’s applicable terms.
Where is the server located?
Your VPS runs on GITC infrastructure in a Danish data centre. This provides a short distance to Danish users, and the infrastructure is operated within Danish and European frameworks.
