2. Payment
We accept payment via the following payment methods:
- MobilePay/Vipps (only available for Scandinavians)
- Dankort (on available for Danish citizens)
- VISA
- MasterCard
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Payment for the service will be deducted immediately upon booking, unless otherwise specified. For bank transfers, the booking will be created upon receipt of payment in our account at Jyske Bank.
3. Delivery
All ordered hosting services will be activated within 24 hours after payment has been completed. In case of delay, the customer will be contacted via email.
4. Returns and right of withdrawal
As a general rule, our services are digital and therefore cannot be returned. As our services are delivered immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with Section 18(2)(13) of the Consumer Agreements Act.
5. Right of complaint
The customer has a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with Danish law. If problems arise with the service, the customer must contact us in writing by email at info@gitc.dk.

If you wish to complain about our service, you can contact us by email at info@gitc.dk or by phone at +45 39396130. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.

9. Liability
GITC ApS disclaims liability for loss of data, downtime, or other disruption to the service. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their data is backed up.
10. Abuse
We reserve the right to suspend or close a user account in the event of a breach of our terms of service or Danish law.
11. GDPR & Data Protection
We store personal information securely and in accordance with GDPR. Customers may request access to their data or request its deletion at any time.
12. Cookies
We only use cookies that are necessary for the functionality of the website.
13. Subscription
By choosing automatic payment, the customer accepts the subscription terms and conditions. Termination must, as a rule, take place no later than 6 days before the next payment period, unless otherwise stated in an offer or contract. The binding period and terms of termination follow the conditions agreed between the customer and GITC aps in the offer received or the contract entered into, and these will apply.
14. Right of withdrawal
The customer has up to 14 days to withdraw from the contract, however, this right lapses upon immediate delivery of digital services.
